When you can request a refund, how to request one, and what to expect.
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided that:
Qualifying refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
After the 24-hour window has passed, or if any course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all plans (Basic, Smart Money, Full Pack).
If you have a valid reason for a refund outside the standard window, email us and we will review your case individually: hello@sharktrade.academy.
Upgrades from one plan to a higher plan are charged at the price difference. Upgrades are not refundable once additional content has been accessed.
Email hello@sharktrade.academy with subject "Refund Request" including your name, purchase email, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
